This policy explains how Parity ("we", "us") handles personal information on this website. Parity is part of BitBop, which operates from the United States (30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801) and Pakistan (FF-14, Zarpar Arcade, D-12, Islamabad). What this policy covers

This policy covers this website only. Where we run marketing for an institution, the personal information involved in that work is handled under our agreement with the institution, not under this page.

What you give us

If you email us, we receive what you choose to share: typically your name, email address, organisation, and the contents of your message.

The booking and contact forms

The form in the "Got a growth challenge?" band and on the contact page sends what you enter to our customer records system: the goals you pick, your name, email address, institution and role, your phone number and when you want to start (if you give them), and your message, with the address of the page you sent it from and any campaign tags in that address. We use them to reply to you and to arrange a call. If you tick the box for news, we also record that choice and its wording. Technical data

Our hosting provider, Google Firebase Hosting, may log standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. We use it to run and secure the site. [TO CONFIRM: log retention.]

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. It serves its own copy of its typeface, so your browser does not contact a font service. See our cookie policy. [TO CONFIRM: update this section if analytics are added.]

How we use information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and handle enquiries, such as hosting and email, and only as needed for those services. We may also share information with other BitBop companies where that is needed to answer you, where the law requires it, or as part of a sale or restructuring of the business.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.

International transfers

We operate in the United States and Pakistan, and our providers may be located elsewhere, so information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers. [TO CONFIRM: safeguards.]

How long we keep information
